Terms of Service for the service and on-line browser game "KorpoClicker"
Based on art. 8 par. 1 point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended)

I. General Provisions
1.1. This document defines the terms and conditions governing the provision of the online browser game service under the name "KorpoClicker" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), by the company KUBO-TECH JAKUB ZACHACZ, ul. Żeligowskiego 43b/4, 90-644 Łódź, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Game Operator").
1.2. All individuals using the Game service agree to comply with the provisions outlined in this document.
II. Access and Registration
2.1. To use the Game, the User must have access to the internet and a compatible device with an internet browser.
2.2. Registration for the Game is voluntary. Users who choose to register for the Game must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information like: email address, first name and last name.
2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account passwords.
III. Terms of Use for the Game
3.1. Users are required to comply with the Game's terms of use and any other applicable regulations while using the Game.
3.2. Users agree not to enter false information into the Game intentionally and not to engage in activities that may disrupt its proper functioning.
IV. Copyright and Intellectual Property
4.1. The Company retains all copyright and intellectual property rights associated with the Game, including graphics, content, source code, context games, and other elements.
4.2. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any Game elements without the Company's consent.
V. Liability and Warranties
5.1. The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the Game.
5.2. The Game is provided as-is, with no warranties regarding its performance.
VI. Termination of Service Provision
6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the provision of its services at any time without specifying a reason.
6.2. Users have the right to discontinue using the Game at any time.
VII. Processing of Personal Data by External Companies
7.1. The User consents to the processing of their personal data by the Game Operator and the following companies:
- Umami Software, Inc., 1362 42nd Ave, San Francisco, California, 94122, United States of America
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Registration Number: 368047 / VAT Number: IE6388047V)
7.2. The User's personal data will be processed to enable the provision of the Game service and for purposes related to the administration of the User's account.
7.3. The companies mentioned in point 7.1 are obliged to comply with applicable data protection laws, and any issues related to the processing of User data by these companies are regulated by their own privacy policies.
7.4. The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data by the companies listed in point 7.1 at any time, through appropriate settings in the Game control panel or by directly contacting the Game Operator.
7.5. Detailed information regarding the processing of User's personal data can be found in the privacy policies of the companies listed in point 7.1.
7.6. KUBO-TECH JAKUB ZACHACZ is not responsible for the processing of personal data by external companies listed in point 7.1, but commits to collaborate with these companies in the protection of User data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
IX. Public profiles
8.1. Prohibited words: Users of the Game are required to avoid using words in their public profiles that are commonly recognized as offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate.
8.2. Unauthorized profile names: Users of the Game are not allowed to use profile names suggesting administrative privileges within the system, such as: "admin", "administrator", "operator", etc. When choosing a profile name, the User must select a name that does not mislead other Users regarding their role or permissions within the system.
8.3. If the Game Operator determines that a particular public profile uses prohibited words or unauthorized profile names, the Game Operator may promptly change the name of such a profile or deactivate it without the User's consent. Persistent violation of these rules in point 8 of the regulations may result in restricted access to the service or deletion of the User's account without prior notice.
IX. Final Provisions
9.1. This document may be subject to amendments. Users will be notified of any changes on the Company's website.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Game will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
9.3. This document comes into effect from the date provided at the beginning.
